USPS international shipping service disruptions
Due to widespread transportation cancellations and restrictions, the United States Postal Service has temporarily suspended international mail service to certain destinations. Until service is back to normal, we have removed the international shipping option USPS First-Class Package at checkout due to heavy disruption to transit times across the world.
 

 

United States Shipping

 

We offer FREE Standard 3 – 5 Day Shipping on all U.S. orders $49 and over (after promotions, excluding taxes), unless otherwise noted in our promotional banner. Special notice during COVID-19: Our orders may require more time to be delivered by USPS due to limited transportation availability as a result of the ongoing COVID-19 impacts. We have extended the free standard shipping delivery time to 5 to 10 business days to accommodate for USPS transit delays. We apologize for the inconvenience.
Orders must be placed by 12 pm EST Monday – Friday to start processing on the same day. Processing time usually takes 1 business day. Delivery times are based on orders placed between Monday – Friday. Mamalau.com offers FREE STANDARD 3 – 5 DAY SHIPPING on all U.S. orders $49 and over (after promotions and excluding taxes). Orders $49 and over always ship for free—no promotion code needed. For shipments totaling less than $49, there is a flat, low delivery charge of $5.79 for Standard 3 – 5 Day shipping. Our standard shipping option is USPS First Class Package, with the number of days ranging depending on location. 
Please be aware that due to the nature of our products, we are unable to replace stolen products if USPS/UPS/FedEx/DHL has confirmed it delivered via tracking. We do our best to alert you every step of the delivery, including the morning of delivery and when it has been delivered (U.S. only).

Canada Shipping

 

USPS First-Class Package International is the least expensive shipping option and the slowest; delivery time can take up to 21 business days depending upon destination and customs. PLEASE NOTE: NO REFUNDS will be given for lost or damaged packages if the customer selects First-Class Package International. We offer this shipping service as an economical option for our Canadian customers but strongly encourage you to select Priority Mail International Shipping to obtain insurance for your purchases.
USPS Priority Mail International is a premium shipping service that is slightly more expensive but includes tracking, a faster delivery time of 6-10 business days, and all products are insured. 
USPS Priority Mail Express International includes tracking, the fastest delivery time of 3-5 business days, and insurance. All items that are lost or damaged with this shipping method can be replaced.
 

 

International Shipping

 

Mama Lau's Chinese Herbal Store ships worldwide! Please read this entire policy to avoid your order being delayed.  Orders must be placed by 17:00 (5:00 PM) GMT to start processing on the same day. If an order is placed after the deadline, it will be processed the next business day. All orders ship Monday - Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States. What you need to know about international deliveries:
1. Customs. While we do not ordinarily encounter issues with customs, there is no guarantee your order may not be held by your country's customs office. We will not be responsible for any loss that may cause; however, if the package is rejected and returned back to us, we will refund you the full product cost, less shipping charges (both original and incurred by the return).
2. Shipping method. We ship with United States Postal Service (USPS) and offer a basic, uninsured service (First-Class Package International) or insured, expedited service (Priority Mail International, includes FREE tracking).

 

USPS First-Class Package International is a basic shipping option that sometimes does not include tracking once the package leaves the United States. USPS First-Class Package International is the least expensive shipping option and also the cheapest. Delivery time can range from 10 days to 21 days depending on the distance and customs process of your country. PLEASE NOTE: NO REFUNDS will be given for lost or damaged packages if the customer selects First-Class Package International. We offer this shipping service as an economical option for our customers but strongly encourage you to select Priority Mail International Shipping to obtain insurance for your purchases.

3. Taxes. Any additional duties and taxes assessed by your customs are the responsibility of the customer.
