How to make Ginseng Cordyceps stew Water Fish?

Here are the ingredients and steps to make it in your kitchen


Nutritional Treasure Box

Nourish the lungs and kidneys, replenish qi and soothe the nerves


Ingredients: (3-4 servings)


1. Cordyceps -2 grams

2. Korean Ginseng 3 grams

3. Thai round meat 1 oz

4. 1 whole water fish(soft-shell turtle)

5. Lean meat 8 oz

6. 2 slices of ginger

7. 2 scallions

8. A good amount of chicken soup




seasoning:

1. Salt-moderate amount

2. Shao wine-a little


Method:

1. Soak the Cordyceps in clean water for about 5 minutes, wash and set aside.

2. Slice Korean ginseng, wash with Thai round meat, and set aside.

3. Remove the head and internal organs of the water fish, cut into four large pieces, and cut the lean meat into pieces, with boiling water

Slightly boil and wash.

4. Slice ginger, cut green onion into sections and rinse with water for later use.

5. Put the above ingredients into the stewing pot, pour some hot water and clear chicken broth, | Stew in water for about 2 hours, drop the salt and seasoning with Shao wine and serve
